Discover how our E1 Rated Inductive Sensors can increase the reliability of your Mobile Equipment

Carlo Gavazzi offers a comprehensive range of inductive sensors - primarily used to detect metal parts and objects. Our extensive offering includes inductive sensors with cylindrical housings (from 4mm to 30 mm) with both standard, extended, and triple sensing distance. Typically inductive sensors are used in packaging and plastics machines, assembly lines, mobile equipment and conveyor systems.

Our inductive sensors and proximity switches are available in a wide variety of styles and feature both AC and DC outputs. They are available with a short or long housing and with either a built-in cable or quick disconnect plug. We also provide a wide selection of ancillary products such as timers, zero speed relays, counters, and digital speed indicators and tachometers.

Our ICS Series of inductive proximity sensors are ideal for packaging, food and beverage application and any application where high-pressure washing is utilized. They are Ecolab certified with a stainless steel body and the face is an FDA-certified plastic. They offer an extended temperature range from -40 C to + 85 C and are CSA certified for Hazardous Locations.

Carlo Gavzzi also offers inductive sensors with IO-Link. IO-Link is a point to point communication protocol that allows for remote configuration and communication - allowing access to advanced diagnostic information.
