To celebrate the holiday season, and in appreciation for those of you that are serious about your newsletter reading, we’re holding a Trivia Contest for a JBL Charge 2+ Wireless/Splashproof Bluetooth Speaker. You have to correctly answer the trivia question at the end of the newsletter to be in the running!

In November we rolled out our Online Training Modules. We understand that people learn via many different means nowadays, some people prefer you come to their worksite and teach them. Some of our distributors prefer to visit our headquarters and receive a formal Distributor Training. It’s also not lost on us that others prefer to learn on their own schedule, at their own pace, on their tablet, PC or phone. For this very reason, CARLO GAVAZZI launched Online Product Training Modules, which can be viewed from our website from this link.

The training modules provide:

• A short, narrated PowerPoint presentation on the product
• A quick Ten Question Quiz following the presentation
• Immediate results to the online student after completing the quiz

At Carlo Gavazzi, we are firm believers in sharing knowledge while educating and empowering people.

Pack Expo Las Vegas

In late September, CARLO GAVAZZI exhibited at Pack Expo Las Vegas, one of North America's premier packaging exhibitions. Products showcased included our comprehensive range of solid state relays/contactors, proximity, photoelectric and ultrasonic sensors, power supplies, contactors/overloads, miniature circuit protectors, monitoring relays, timers, soft starters and energy meters. We also showcased our IO-Link Smart Configurator, as well as our Inductive and Capacitive Proximity Sensors featuring IO Link.

Winter Newsletter Trivia Contest

In November we rolled out our Online Training Modules. What percentage score on the Ten Question Quiz is considered passing, and will likely result in the student being rewarded with something from Carlo Gavazzi’s world renowned “Closet of Swag”?

Summer Newsletter Winner

This past Summer, Doug Johnson of The Johnson Electric Supply Company emailed in the correct answer to our trivia question and won a JBL Charge 3 Wireless/Splashproof Bluetooth Speaker, and had his name randomly drawn from all the correct entrants. Our Ohio Area Sales Manager, Tom Kriz is pictured below on the right, as he was presented the prize to Doug.
