In March, Eric Ackerman was appointed as our Key Account Manager for strategic customers and opportunities in Northern California, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.

New Product Launches

In February, we launched the new ICF Full-Metal Inductive Sensors. This new sensor family offers increased uptime due to their durable stainless steel housing and intelligent monitoring capabilities. Applications in harsh environments such as agriculture, food & beverage, and machining will benefit from the ICF Full-Metal Inductive Sensors.
As an industry leader of IO-Link offerings, Carlo Gavazzi includes IO-Link in every ICF Series Inductive Sensor for easy ordering, application flexibility, and reduced inventory. An IO-Link master or configurator (such as Carlo Gavazzi's SCTL55 Handheld IO-Link Smart Configurator) is required to change sensor settings during initial installation. However, the sensors can be used as standard transistor output sensors without an IO-Link operating environment. Therefore, the ICF Full-Metal Inductive Sensors meet customer's needs wherever they are on their IIoT journey and equips them for future automation advances.
In January, we launched the new SPDE Power Supply Series, ultra-compact single-phase DIN-rail power supplies designed for electrical panels. The SPDE Series consists of three frame sizes, starting from a 75 watt version with 32 mm width, through a 480 watt version with 48 mm width. Their ultra-compact housing design allows them to save up to 50% panel space, making them ideal for applications where space is limited.
The high quality of the SPDE is certified by a series of industry approvals: CE, UKCA, UL61010, and UL62368. Integrated diagnostic and protection functions such as output short circuit, over current, over voltage, and over temperature provide the user with maximum output protection.
New Digital Platform
We recently unveiled our new Digital Platform on our Timers and Time Delay Relays featuring our entire product range of timing devices. They’re used in a broad range of applications. Typical industrial applications include motor control centers, process timing, HVAC, and pump management.
The Digital Platform on Timers and Time Delay Relays is an information-laden single web page that provides rich digital content related to our timing products, including:
Timing Functions: Covers most timing functions including On Delay, Interval, Off Delay, Recycler, and Star-Delta types. We offer both single and multi-function timers and are available with either a DIN mount or plug-in housing.
Multi-Function Timers: Offer many timing functions in a single timer - which the user can select with either a rotary switch or DIP switch. Customers and distributors appreciate the value in having a single timer that can do many different functions.
Who is Carlo Gavazzi: A brief synopsis of our company, describing our long-running global dominance in the design, manufacture and sales of monitoring device technology and our other building and industrial automation solutions.
What are the different types of timing functions: A description of the different types of time delays, and how the time delay is triggered.
