Carlo Gavazzi Solutions

domenic.jpg (7832 bytes)In pumping applications, it is common to have one or two back up pumps to add redundancy into the system and improve reliability of the entire application. However, if the backup pumps are only used in the event of a failure of the first pump, they may sit idle for months or even years! By leaving these back-up pumps idle for long periods of times, we cannot guarantee operation when we need them at critical moments. Carlo Gavazzi's solution for this is our DLA71 series of pump alternating Relays. The DLA71 is designed for alternating between 2 or 3 pumps on each successive start. Furthermore, if one pump has been on for more than 6 hours, it will automatically cycle to the next pump.
